Bazhov (1879 - 1950), a skilled stone cutter, chosen by the Mistress of the Copper Mountain to create an extraordinary flower from stone. On a rectangular stand with cut corners is the figure of a kneeling young man in peasant clothes. In his left hand he holds a chisel, in his right a hammer. In front of him on a dais is a large flower with ten petals. The Kasli plant has been casting the sculpture since the late 1950s.
